1. Reservations
Reservations are considered valid upon confirmation and payment as described below.

2. Payments
Payments can be made via:
- Credit card (via Stripe)
- Bank transfer

Payment options:
- Full payment at the time of booking

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made up to 30 days before the check-in date: 100% refund of the amount paid
Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the check-in date: 50% refund of the amount paid
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the check-in date: no refund or changes allowed

4. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: until 11:00 AM

Lindas Guest House 2
Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: until 10:00 AM

5. House Rules
Pets are not allowed
Smoking is not permitted indoors (only in designated areas)
The maximum number of guests must be respected
Additional rules are available on the "House Rules" page

6. Liability
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

7. Force Majeure
The property is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control (e.g., weather conditions, service interruptions, etc.).
